2. Purposes of processing

• preparing and concluding contracts or service offers;
• answering questions and requests received through the form, e-mail or phone;
• performing contracted services and communicating with clients;
• administrative, financial-accounting management and archiving of documents, as required by law;
• protecting the Website and our systems against cyber attacks;
• improving our services and the Website, through statistics;
• compiling anonymous statistics;
• managing any data security incidents and notifying them, when the law requires it.

3. Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR: your consent (for example for certain cookies and for marketing);
• Art. 6(1)(b): performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before a contract;
• Art. 6(1)(c): the controller’s legal obligations;
• Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest, for example the security of the Website.

We do not process special categories of data (for example health data). If it were necessary, we would ask for your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out until then.

4. The data we process

Data provided by you: name, address, e-mail, phone, company name, the message sent through the form, e-mail or phone.

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser or search engine type, approximate location and pages visited, mainly through cookies.

5. Recipients of the data

The data may be disclosed, when necessary or mandatory, to:

• you, as the data subject;
• providers who help us operate (hosting, e-mail, accounting), under contracts that protect the data;
• banks and financial institutions, for payments;
• public authorities, police, prosecutors and courts, when the law requires it.

We keep the data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as long as the law requires, then we archive or delete it in accordance with the archiving legislation.
