2. About the website and its content
The Website presents our online promotion, SEO optimization, copywriting, logo and layout, and professional photo-video services. We strive to keep the information correct and up to date, but it is informative and does not constitute a firm offer. We are not liable for any delays or inaccuracies in the information, nor for the content of the websites to which the links on the Website lead.
3. Intellectual property rights
The texts, images, logos, design and code of the Website belong to us or are used with the consent of their owners. Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing them without our written consent is prohibited.
4. How a collaboration is concluded
- after you contact us, we discuss your needs and send you an offer with the services, deadlines and price;
- the collaboration starts when you accept the offer in writing (including by e-mail), and depending on the project a contract may also be signed;
- you can contact us through the form on the Website, by phone or at the e-mail address below.
5. Prices and payment
- prices are those in the offer and, unless otherwise stated, are expressed in lei, excluding or including VAT, as specified in the offer;
- payment is made by bank transfer, based on the invoice or a pro forma;
- for larger projects we may ask for an advance payment, set out in the offer.
6. Delivery deadlines
Deadlines are those in the offer and also depend on the pace at which you send us the information, materials and approvals needed. If delays occur on your side, the deadlines are extended accordingly.
7. Your obligations
- to provide us with correct and complete information;
- to hold the necessary rights over the materials you give us (texts, images, logos);
- to give us feedback on time, so the project can continue.
8. Warranty and liability
We deliver services with the care expected of a professional. We fix free of charge any defects in delivered work that are reported within the period set in the offer. We do not guarantee specific rankings in Google or in AI assistant answers: they depend on factors we do not control (algorithms, competition, budgets). We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
9. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer (a natural person not acting for professional purposes), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason, as provided by law. If you asked for the service to start before the 14 days expire, you will pay proportionally for what we have provided up to the withdrawal. If the service has been fully provided and you have accepted in writing the loss of the right of withdrawal, it can no longer be exercised. For business clients, withdrawal does not apply; the conditions in the offer or contract count.
10. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by a force majeure event, as provided by law.

12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to settle any disagreement amicably; if we fail, the dispute is judged by the competent Romanian courts. Consumers can also use alternative dispute resolution: ANPC – SAL and the European ODR platform.
13. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on the Website.
