This policy explains what personal data Promovare Optimizare Website collects through the website promovare-optimizare-website.com (hereinafter “the Website”), why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. Last updated: October 2026.

The data controller is S.C. THEYAS WEB SERVICES S.R.L., headquartered in Constanța, Romania, sole registration code 36149918, registered with the Trade Register under no. J13/1447/2016. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Law no. 190/2018 and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of data in electronic communications.

By using the Website and by sending a message through the contact form, you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. What “personal data” means

Personal data is any information about an identified or identifiable natural person: name, e-mail address, phone number, IP address and the like.

3. What data we collect

Data you give us:

• your name, e-mail address and phone number, filled in on the contact form or sent by e-mail or phone;
• your company name, current website, indicative budget and your message, if you share them with us;
• any other information you choose to send us in discussions about a project.

Data collected automatically:

• IP address, browser and device type, approximate location and pages visited;
• this data comes mainly from cookies (see section 9).

4. What we use the data for and on what legal basis

• We answer your requests and prepare an offer or a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• We conclude and perform service contracts (Art. 6(1)(b)) and keep the records required by law, for example financial-accounting ones (Art. 6(1)(c));
• We protect the Website against cyber attacks and keep it secure, in our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
• We improve our services and the Website based on usage statistics, with your consent for the cookies that require it (Art. 6(1)(a));
• We send you marketing communications only if you have given your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep the data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, in any case, for at most 5 years from your last interaction with us, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example accounting documents).

6. Who we disclose the data to

We do not sell your data and we do not give it to other companies for their marketing, without your consent. We may disclose it to:

• providers who help us operate (hosting, e-mail, accounting), who process it only on our behalf and under our instructions;
• public authorities or courts, when the law requires it;
• other persons, with your consent.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

We do not currently transfer your data outside the European Union. If this changes, we will inform you and ask for your consent, where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

You have the right:

• to access your data and receive a copy of it;
• to rectify inaccurate data;
• to erase your data (“the right to be forgotten”);
• to restrict processing;
• to data portability;
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out until then;
• not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, if it produces significant effects on you;
• to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or to apply to a court.

9. Cookies

The Website uses session cookies and persistent cookies. They help the Website work properly, provide usage statistics and display content suited to your location. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings; some Website functions may no longer work properly.

10. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. We do not sell or rent e-mail address lists.

11. Links to other websites

The Website may contain links to other companies’ websites. We are not responsible for how they process data; please read their policies.

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one displayed on this page.
